Delete Account

You can request deletion of your AIM Project Management account and associated data at any time.

Option 1

Request deletion in the app

Open the AIM Project Management app
Sign in to your account
Go to Settings
Select Delete Account
Follow the confirmation steps

Option 2

Request deletion by email

Email support@aimconstructionmgt.com from the email associated with your account and request deletion.

What will be deleted

Name and profile information
Email address and account details
Tasks, notes, and activity data associated with your account
Uploaded files and attachments associated with your account
Project associations where applicable

Temporary retention

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or enforcement of our agreements.
